The four-star graded Montusi Mountain Lodge is situated within the Northern Drakensberg Nature Reserve and offers the most spectacular view of the Amphitheatre mountain.

The 16 free-standing suites provide guests privacy, as well as stunning mountain vistas from every window. Each suite has its own lounge and patio.
Montusi’s kitchen is one of the best in the Berg, with individually plated, thoughfully prepared meals being a highlight of the Montusi Experience.
The lodge is the perfect escape to completely relax, but adventures abound for those in need of a little exertion! Hiking, running and mountain-bike trails lead guests right from the door to magnificent beauty spots with expansive views, interesting caves, and fabulous waterfalls. The horses of The Northern Horse stables graze below the lodge and take guests of all experience levels on wonderous equine adventures into the mountains. All Out Adventures is just 4km down the road. Here guests will find quad bikes, ziplines and paintball.
