Places To Visit in the Drakensberg region

Situated in the Champagne Valley, the Drakensberg Boys’ Choir is the toast of the breathtaking Berg. South Africa’s singing ambassadors will win you over with their traditional Wednesday concerts. For a glimpse into the rich history of the region, a tourist attraction not to be missed is a visit to one of the many museums. Artifacts, information and photographs about the Zulus, the Boers and the British make for a fascinating insight into the region’s past. Include a tour of the famous battlefields such as Spion Kop as well as the many war memorial sites and monuments.
