Home-style cooking, hiking trails, crystal clear mountain pools, and “San” rock art, wild horses on the ridge, snow in the winter, cosy fireplaces and pleasant company is what makes it an ideal retreat for all.
“Vergezient”, is a charming lodge, gracefully furnished with cosy corners, numerous fireplaces, comfortable bedrooms and sunny flower filled conservatories, lounges and an indoor pool. This venue can accommodate 25 guests.
“Zonderntwyfel”, the original barnhouse converted to great-value-for-money self-catering accommodation has facilities which include a wing of en-suite bedrooms, four additional dormitory style rooms, lounge with a large open fireplace, an open plan kitchen and spacious dining room with a wood burning stove, an indoor pool and a large functions room ideal for small group activities, family functions, weddings, workshops and retreat groups. This facility can also accommodate 25 guests.
Just a mere three and a half hours and equidistant away from Johannesburg, Durban and Bloemfontein, but a million years from the Rat Race.
