Description
Drakensberg Dream cottages are the perfect getaway destination for large families and people who enjoy going on holiday with friends. Our self-catering cottages are located on an extensive property of 42 hectares on the R600, deep in the Champagne Valley of the central Drakensberg.
Our estate, previously known as Wostjin, boasts spectacular views of the Central Drakensberg, a tar road all the way to the cottages, 2 well stocked dams, bushman paintings, a waterfall, walking/cycling trails and endless other hiking opportunities in the surrounding mountains. The cottage is opposite Falcon ridge and only 3 km away from Monks Cowl from where all hiking trails leave from. The estate teems with wildlife including antelope such as Eland.
We have three cottages, sleeping 10, 8 and 4 guests respectively.
Drakensberg Dream cottage consists of a fully-equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, lounge with fireplace, dining room, two patios and four bedrooms plus two bathrooms and a carport.
Seventh Heaven cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining-room with a fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a carport.
Cloud Nine cottage has an open plan kitchen, with a lounge and dining room area (with couches that can double up as a bed), two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as a carport.
