Freewheel down a mountain on a monster mountain scooter, something the whole family can enjoy!
Scootours Drakensberg offers an adventurous way to explore the magnificent mountains and enjoy breathtaking views of the escarpment.
You will first be taken to the top of the mountain by 4×4. At the top you will be given a Monster Mountain Scooter and shown how to ride it. Scooters are non-motorized and use gravity to help you go all the way down hill. The concept of the scooters originated from Switzerland, where they are used to go down the mountains in the summer seasons.
This is a downhill experience for the whole family. Children between the ages of 4-9 can double up with a parent. The only requirement is that you are able to ride and balance on a bicycle.
